This is a studio apartment in one of the most beautiful and expensive buildings in all of Paris. As you walk outside you step into the Luxembourg garden right across the street (in Paris this location is equivalent to living across the street from Central Park in NYC). The studio is 'small' (33m2) but spacious due to high ceilings and has lots of natural light. There is a very large separate bathroom and a kitchen area. There is plenty of storage space for all of your things.
There is lots of antique furniture in the flat.
I live in the apartment on the same floor so you can feel free to knock and ask me any questions about Paris or the flat during your stay.
This flat is perfect for tourists, couples, researchers. All people who enjoy a quite space in a truly amazing location in the oldest and most bourgeois neighborhood.
Transports:
Just outside there is a stop of RER B (metro train that goes directly to CDG or Orly - a super bonus because it is faster and much cheaper than taxi or even uber).
Other buses and metros all around you, for example there is a bus across the street from the house that takes you straight to the Louvre (within 15 minutes)
Looking for someone polite, responsible and reasonable. A tourist(s) or someone looking for q temporary place to live in Paris.

Ideally I am looking for someone from the first week of June until September (but I am open for all other options).
