I am urgently searching for someone who can take over my place. It is a 25m2 Room (with Balcony) in a 50m2 Surface (with Kitchen and Bathroom). There is also a Washing Machine. If you like to cook you will like the Kitchen It is very spacious.
APL possible of course
Rent: 650€ (450€ with APL) (also less with AILLE and FSL probably about 350-400€), one month rent deposit, no need for a parental guarantor (!)
(the landlord is international himself and very understanding regarding international students :))
Included: everything you can imagine (Room, Balcony, Kitchen, Social Area. Bathroom, Garden, Washing Machine etc.) Close to the cheap Supermarkets (Hypermarchés) at Kremlin Bicetre (Auchan) and Carrefour Hypermarché in Villejuif :)
