The price is 25 EUROS PER DAY for one guest. .

The flat is 5 mn by walk from the metro (subway) line 13. The building is a typical parisian building with a lift.
The flat is located 12 mn by METRO from the Champs Elysees. 12 mn by metro from MONTMARTRE / Pigalle (SACRE COEUR/ Moulin Rouge ).
MANY CHOISES OF PUBLIC TRANPORT nearby:
1/ the metro line 13. All the parisian metro run until 1-1,30 pm during the week day and until 2-2,30 pm during the week ends.
2/ RER C (train) to reach the CASTLE of versailles
3/ NIGHT BUS (line N15). The bus starts around the Chatelet station (center) and runs over night
4/ Buses line 54 and 144 (during the day)
5/ VELIB (bike for rent, 1.70 euros per day).
The parking is free in week end and cost 3 euros per day on the week days.
A lot of food stores, backeries and restaurant/ bar around the flat.
What my guests enjoy the most in my place? it is very SUNNY and QUIET flat .
The neigboorhood is safe and nice with a lot of Haussmann buildings (typical parisian building from the last century). The equipment and organisation of the flat let to my guests a large autonomy.
Large living room,. Kitchen fully equiped and Bathroom and washing machine are to SHARE. Internet WIFI OK/

About me: i am a 32 years old parisian girl . I will be happy to welcome you and give you useful tips to enjoy Paris !!! I am an easy going woman , always smiling and happy to exchange our experiences as i have travelled few times on my own too.
When i have time,i like sometimes to organise lunch in my place with some friends, french and foreigner, not much . My guests are always welcomed to join us. It a good way, especially for solo travellers, to meet other people and hang out. As i am crazy about dessert, I am alway making the dessert (black forest, lemon pie, tiramisu ...-))).
