Or -- have you discovered a great apartment to rent one time only to find that it's not available on your next trip? Or what about just the hassle of new searches, new reservations, new paperwork, new financial transactions for each and every trip?

If the above applies to you, this could be the interesting and unique opportunity that will make your Paris travels far easier, happier and more predictable. We are currently exploring the creation of a small group of individuals or couples who would share the use (along with ourselves as owners) of our wonderful apartment in the rue Montorgueil. In doing so, each participant would essentially have their little piece of a home in the heart of Paris for whatever their selected times of the year would be. Each party would have designated storage and the ability to trade times with others in the group. And, there will be no long-term commitment nor significant up-front costs.

This great home offers a wonderful blend of historic charm, modern décor and rare efficiency. Beamed 10' ceilings, great natural light and a flowing use of space make the already spacious 670 sq. feet seem even bigger. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything to make life easy & comfortable whether for work or pleasure.

As for the street, the rue Montorgueil brims with energy and activity day and night. Cafes, bistros, markets, and shops are all at your doorstep. Museums, movies and nightlife abound in the area. Major metro, bus & RER stations are only steps away with direct links to all major train stations and airports

The unit itself is located on the third floor (no elevator) with both street and courtyard exposure. There is abundant closet & storage space, an excellent library and many amenities including: ultra- high-speed fiber-optic internet, cable TV with recording capability, free international phone subscription, DVD, stereo system, IPhone player, printer/scanner, large computer monitor, etc. A description of the rooms follows below.

• Dbl. living room with oak floor, built in bookcases, wood beamed ceilings, and large French windows looking out over the rue Montorgueil.

• Kitchen and dining area are contemporary with wood and white tile. Kitchen includes oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, frost free refrigerator and all kitchen utensils, dining ware and cookware.

• Bedroom looks out over courtyard and includes abundant closet space and integrated desk alcove ideal for office, writing or computer work.

• Large, modern bathroom (off the bedroom), full-size tub / personal shower, all wood and white tile.

• Separate WC.

Participation rates for our program will depend upon the amount of time each year that you wish to reserve (minimum 2 months) and whether the time is contiguous or broken into different segments; ie -- August and September would be less costly than August and April. With that said, monthly rates will range from $2,000 to $3,500.
